The Corazon Dream: After the runaway success of his previous restaurant, Poblanos Mexican Cuisine, Corazon de Mexico is currently owned and operated by chef Adrian De la Torre. He and his beautiful daughter Valentina form the backbone of the Corazon team.
Behind the Scenes: Upon entering you will see them quite often, constantly in action, serving their guests and making everybody feel very welcome. Adrian began his culinary career when he was just eighteen years old, with humble beginning as a dishwasher, through time spent honing his skills as a Pitmaster-butcher. His persistence and determination have pushed him to obtain his Executive Chef grade. After ten years of tireless and consistent work in the restaurant industry, Adrian had finally achieved his lifelong dream of creating Poblanos Mexican Cuisine restaurant. This brand new restaurant is a family friendly place equipped with artfully decorated space designed to create an unrivalled dining experience for you to enjoy their fresh Mexican cuisine in style.
